Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes – June, 23 2022 Case #1 Request of Maund Family I, LLC and Market Properties, LLC, on S Hine ST at Parcel 10-03-08-2-001-017.004, regarding a “Special Exception” specifically on existing vacant land and proposing Mulit-Family / Apartment development. Zoned: TI (Traditional Institutional). Case #2 Request of Kevin Jennings, on Kelli DR at Parcel 10-05-15-1-000-001.000, regarding a “Variance Request” specifically related to “Area of Sign”. The request is to allow for 4 square feet per linear foot of tenant facade, as opposed to the Zoning Ordinance defined threshold of 1.5 square feet per linear foot of tenant facade.
