No applications received yet. o TSPLOST will be discussed next month o Projects that have been selected are currently in the contracting phase  Waiting on GDOT permitting for greenway selection site off Lexington Rd. o Triangle Artworks – classes for local artists about applying for public art projects. Timeline: December – advertise, January – applications, February – start classes o Lantern Parade on 3/16/24. Call will be going out soon for the selection panel that will be held in January. o Community Collaboration  There is currently no application process for public art outside of those funded by SPLOST/TSPLOST  Proposing that we create one that allows artists to apply based on established criteria  Criteria would include:  On ACC property  Visible area  Accessible to general public  Follows existing ACC procurement policy & public selection/approval process  Ideal candidates are ACC properties built prior to public art ordinance, public neighborhoods & right of ways not funded SPLOST  This would be funded by remaining 2011 SPLOST funds as well as yearly capital campaign and public art/grant specific funding  Action needed from this group:  Send feedback to Tatiana via email (Consider how we measure success for this initiative)  Vote on the initiative at next month’s meeting o Website is 90-95% completed. Helen & Tatiana are meeting with Kaptiv8 for final steps.
