These members will report to Tatiana how they plan to proceed and the commission will call for new members if needed. o Victoria will vacate the chair role this year. Email Tatiana for details. o Vice Chair and Secretary roles are also in transition.  Staff Reports: o BAC Training – All members should complete training ASAP. o The Google group will be phased out. All members should verify access to their ACC Gov email as it will be the primary communication method moving forward. o Projects:  The new poet laureate was selected out of 9 total applicants and an announcement will be made soon.  Call for art for the Lantern Parade is currently live.  TSPLOST 2023 project budgets have been received. We will discuss potential sites for art at the next meeting.  All other projects are in the contracting phase. Several will be completed in the next 6-8 months. o Stephanie presented a proposal to supplement budget for the Linnentown Walk of Recognition Public Art project. Proposed adding 25,000 from the SPLOST 2011 fund. This was unanimously approved by the commission. The proposal will now go to the SPLOST 2011 Oversight Committee. Votes Taken with Motion / Second / Results (Unanimous or Number of Yes / No Votes and names) (if applicable):  Motion to approve October and November minutes by Marissa Chastain, seconded by Mark Mobley, unanimously approved.  Motion to approve $25,000 from the SPLOST 2011 budget be allocated to supplement the budget for the Linnentown Walk of Recognition Public Art Project made by Kimberly Davis, seconded by Sally Kimmel-Shepherd, unanimously approved.
