Seconded by Mark Mobley.  Chair Report: No monthly meeting in December Holiday Party on December 9th at Little Kings Shuffle Club, preceding Unsilent Night.  Staff Report: Public Art Course was completed with 15 people. Possibly a graduation celebration sometime in Jan. Planning on doing it again. Linnentown call for art closed Dec 6.  Project Reports: Todd Bressi gave an update on the Public Art Master Plan – moving a little slower than initially anticipated, we spoke about some strengths (good SPLOST funding), some challenges (funding for maintenance, access to ACCGov property, SPLOST 2011 funds expiring) and research for next steps (Project flow, more interviews) Kate Lewis finished the parking deck mural Arena sculpture art was progressing, and the hope was for it to be finished before the opening on Dec 15th. Greenway Mural permit was sent to GDOT Two sculptures for Firefly Trail were under fabrication  Outreach: Looking for opportunities for Spring, perhaps Lantern Parade?
