Call to Order a. Meeting called to order at 4:10 pm 2. Agenda Additions and Approval a. Agenda approved (Aaron moved; Randy seconded). 3. Public Comment a. Comments were being sent to inactive email account. 4. Approval of Minutes a. Teresa moved, James seconded. Minutes approved. 5. Lexington Road & Atlanta Highway (7:10) a. Teresa mentioned, in chat box‐via Daniel, that we take a middle ground of supporting the Athens in Motion plan as well as respecting the responses and requests of user groups reflecting public response to story map surveys. b. Daniel suggested drafting a statement or letter. c. Lauren motions that we weigh on this issue in some way by drafting a statement. Aaron second. Teresa opposed. (1:20:18) d. Lauren suggested we draft a letter for review. Submit to group for review/edit. e. Lauren suggested a Special Proposed Session for Wednesday, September 1st at 5:00 PM. 6. TSPLOST 2023 project proposals & presentations (1:32:45) a. Submissions must be submitted by Monday, September 6th. b. Lauren will begin PowerPoint templates to create presentation unity among our projects. 7. Prince Ave Corridor Survey (1:42:30) a. 6 tabling events set up to speak to community and receive user feedback (Mark). b. On‐site discussions at Subway & Athentic (Daniel). c. 124 survey responses to date. 8. Adjournment a. Meeting adjourned at 6:00 pm.
