Teresa opened the meeting at 4:06 pm and shared the agenda. There were no changes suggested. Dale moved to accept the agenda. Randy seconded. The agenda was approved unanimously. Housekeeping • Next meeting will be after Thanksgiving, November 29 (5th Tuesday) o This will serve as our annual meeting o Chair will give annual report for acceptance o Re/elect Officers o We will develop 2023 Work Plan at our January meeting • Tentatively planning for no regular meeting in December, stay tuned. • Committee (+ subcommittee) meetings and in-person attendance going forward Minutes Major Discussion (00:00) Barber Street – Next Steps ● Review final presentation and vote for final AiMC recommendation ● Mayor and Commission work session November 8th – chair in attendance?
