Lauren shared the agenda and entertained a motion to accept. Art motioned to accept the agenda; Julie
seconded. The agenda was approved unanimously.

the minutes; Randy seconded. The minutes were approved unanimously

• Small programs – criteria to define a sidewalk gap on River Rd, Riverbend Rd
o SVI, cost, population density, community/total amenities, safety, connectivity, population
served, proximity to transit
o Scoring is based on weighted value of criteria (CWV) X gap score
o Next steps Projects and Policies committee will identify and score gaps
Remaining budget for this fiscal year

• $11,400 left this fiscal year
o Order supplies for tabling
o Consultant for plan revision
o Public engagement items
o Bike Rack Program – order more bike racks
• Lauren entertained a motion to recommend ACC allocate funds to purchase 20 additional bike racks.
Art motioned to accept, Craig seconded. The motion passed unanimously

Local Roadway Safety Plan Presentation

• A version of this was presented to the Mayor and Commission this month by Tim Griffeth, Traffic
Engineer, and Daniel Sizemore
o Review of presentation
o LRSP provides a framework for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing roadway safety
improvements on local roads
• M&C are expected to vote during their March meeting

Lauren entertained a motion to adjourn the meeting. Randy motioned, Craig seconded. Meeting adjourned.
