Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections Emergency Meeting Official Minutes October 4, 2018 An emergency special called meeting of the Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections was held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the Board of Elections Office( upstairs conference room), 155 E. Washington Street, Athens, Georgia. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 4:10 p. m. by Charles Knapper, Chairman Other Members Present: Walter Wilson, Secretary; Alison McCullick, Board Member Others Present: Charlotte Sosebee, Director; Wanda Raley, Recording Clerk Guests Present: William Berryman, County Attorney, ACCUG; John Hawkins, County Attorney' s Office A. Absentee Ballots— November 6, 2018 General Election 1. Charlotte presented the timeline for the ballot error detection (Senate 46) and plan of action for correction. ( Attached) 2. William Berryman presented timeline for ballot correction. (Attached) 3. Motion and second to approve timelines as presented. 4.
