Jesse Evans, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 4:32 pm. Board Members present: Willa Fambrough, Secretary; Rocky Raffle, Board Member; Charles Knapper, Vice Chairperson; Patricia Till, Board Member; Board Members absent: NONE Others Present: Charlotte Sosebee, Director; Judd Drake, ACCGU Attorney; Deborah Lonon, ACCGU Asst. Reading of the Board Member Oath of Office [OCGA § 21-2-70] “I do swear (or affirm) that I will as a member of the board of elections duly attend all ensuing primaries and elections during the continuance thereof, that I will to the best of my ability prevent any fraud, deceit, or abuse in carrying on the same, that I will make a true and perfect return of such primaries and elections, and that I will at all times truly, impartially, and faithfully perform my duties in accordance with Georgia laws to the best of my judgment and ability.” B. Approve Minutes of Previous Minutes (1:38) Motion made by Mr. Knapper to adopt minutes of August 18, 2020, motion 2nd by Mr. Raffle. Motion passed 4:1, Ms. Till abstained. (9:21) Motion made by Mr. Raffle to adopt minutes of August 20, 2020 Special called meeting, motion 2nd By Mr. Raffle. Motion passed 4:1, Ms. Till abstained. C.
