Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 4:40pm.
In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Ann Till, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Willa Fambrough,
Member; and Hank Qadir, Member.
Others in attendance were Charlotte Sosebee, Elections Supervisor; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant;
and Aletha Perkins, Administrative Assistant.
A. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Mr. Shirley. Approved unanimously.
B. There was no public comment.

2. December Regular Meeting Tuesday, December 13, 4:30pm
E. MOTION by Mr. Shirley to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously.
