Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 4:35pm.
In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Willa Fambrough, Member; and Hank
Qadir, Member.
Others in attendance were Charlotte Sosebee, Elections Director; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant;
Audra Taylor, Elections Assistant; and Aletha Perkins, Administrative Assistant.
A. MOTION by Mr. Qadir to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously.
B. There was no public comment.

E. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Qadir. Approved unanimously.
