Minutes - Special Meeting Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections & Voter Registration April 5, 2023 3:00pm 2555 Lexington Road Athens, GA 30605 Bylaws of the Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections and Voter Registration (bit.ly/accboebylaws) Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 3:00pm. In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Ann Till, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Willa Fambrough, Member; and Hank Qadir, Member. Others in attendance were Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant; Audra Taylor, Elections Assistant; Renè Russo, Election Clerk; Pamela Long, Elections Assistant; Tenacity Bartholomew, Election Clerk; James Howard, Election Clerk; Mary Martin, GIS Coordinator; Joseph D’Angelo, Geospatial Information Officer; and Niki Jones, Assistant County Manager. A. MOTION by Ms. Till to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. B. There was no public comment. C. Work Session: Voting Precinct and Polling Place Study MOTION by Mr. Qadir to suspend the rules. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to resume the meeting. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. D. Announcements 1. Tuesday, April 11, 4:30pm, 120 W Dougherty Street: April regular meeting 2. Tuesday, April 18, 3:00pm, 2555 Lexington Road: April special meeting (work session, voter precincts) E. MOTION by Ms. Till to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Shirley. Approved unanimously.
