Minutes - Special Meeting Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections & Voter Registration June 20, 2023 6:00pm Ben Epps Airport Community Room, 1010 Ben Epps Drive Bylaws of the Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections and Voter Registration (bit.ly/accboebylaws) Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 6:03pm. In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Ann Till, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; and Willa Fambrough, Member. Others in attendance were Charlotte Sosebee, Elections Supervisor; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant; Pamela Long, Elections Assistant; Aletha Perkins, Administrative Assistant; Niki Jones, Assistant County Manager; Mary Martin, GIS Coordinator; and Joseph D’Angelo, Geospatial Information Officer. Also present were ten members of the public. A. MOTION by Ms. Till to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. B. 2024 Voting Precincts Open House MOTION Ms. Fambrough by to suspend the rules. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. MOTION by Mr. Shirley to return to the rules. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. C. Announcements D. MOTION by Ms. Till to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. Adjourned at 6:59pm.

A. Adopt Agenda B. 2024 Voting Precincts Open House 1. Suspension of the rules for the purpose of a moderated discussion instead of a business meeting 2. Introductory remarks from board members and staff 3. Public comment with a three-minute time limit Pursuant to board bylaws (bit.ly/accboebylaws), a public comment list shall be provided prior to this meeting. Those wishing to address the board will be asked to provide a first name, last name, and an address. The Chairperson will call each person in the order shown on the list.
