Adopt Agenda B. Public Comment Pursuant to board bylaws (bit.ly/accboebylaws), a public comment list shall be provided prior to this meeting. Those wishing to address the board will be asked to provide a first name, last name, and an address. The Chairperson will call each person in the order shown on the list. Each person wishing to provide public comment shall have three minutes to address the Board. C. Update on November 2024 General Election D. Announcements 1. The elections office downtown is not a polling location for this election. It is open for business, and absentee ballots may be hand-delivered there to office staff during business hours, but the absentee ballot drop-box will be located at the Lyndon House Arts Center, 211 Hoyt Street. 2. Monday, October 28, through Friday, November 1: Final week of advance in-person voting 3. Full early voting dates, times, and locations can be found at accgov.com/advancevoting 4. Tuesday, November 5: Last day to vote in-person or to drop off absentee ballot for November general election 12:00 noon, Location TBD: Special called meeting 4:30pm, Location TBD: Special called meeting 5.
