Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 8:49am.
In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Lisa Riley, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; and Mary Riley,
Member.
Others in attendance were Charlotte Sosebee, Elections Director; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant;
