Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 1:32pm.
In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Mary Riley, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Ann Till,
Member; and Willa Fambrough, Member.
Others in attendance were Charlotte Sosebee, Elections Director; Lesia Wheeler, Administrative
Assistant; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant; Pam Long, Elections Assistant; Audra Taylor, Elections
Assistant; Andrew Saunders, Interim County Manager; and Courtney Davis, Assistant County Attorney.
A. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously.
B. MOTION by Mr. Shirley to approve the minutes from the January 14 regular meeting. Seconded
by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously.

MOTION by Mr. Shirley to approve staff’s proposal for the advance voting schedule for the
June 17 special primary election and special election. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough.
Approved unanimously.

H. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously.
