In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Lisa Riley, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Ann Till, Member; and Willa Fambrough, Member. Others in attendance were Lisa McGlaun, Interim Elections Director; Lesia Wheeler, Administrative Assistant; Pam Long, Elections Assistant; Audra Taylor, Elections Assistant; and Courtney Davis, Assistant County Attorney. Also present were 3 members of the public. A. MOTION by Ms. Till to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. B. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to approve the minutes from the March 11 meeting. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. C. There was no public comment. D. Executive Session Enter into executive session to discuss with legal counsel pending or potential litigation, settlement, claims, administrative proceedings, or other judicial actions brought or to be brought by or against the agency or any officer or employee or in which the agency or any officer or employee may be directly involved as is authorized by O.C.G.A. § 50-14-2. MOTION by Ms. Till to enter into executive session. Seconded by Mr. Shirley. Approved unanimously. Entered into executive session at 4:38pm. Returned from executive session at 5:07pm. MOTION by Mr. Shirley to confirm and ratify the actions of legal counsel in agreeing to the stipulation requested by the US Department of Justice for the DOJ to dismiss its claims in the pending lawsuit, 6th District AME Church et. al v. Kemp et. al. Seconded by Ms. Riley. Approved unanimously. E. Director’s Report F. Old Business Discussion about visit to neighboring counties’ elections & registration offices G. New Business Update on elections bills passed in 2025 waiting to be signed into law H. Announcements May 13, 4:30pm, 2555 Lexington Road: May regular meeting May 19: Voter registration deadline to be eligible to vote in the June election  May 26: First day to send absentee ballots I. MOTION by Ms. Till to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. Adjourned at 5:24pm.
