In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Lisa Riley, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Ann Till, Member; and Willa Fambrough, Member. Others in attendance were Pam Long, Interim Elections Director; Lesia Wheeler, Administrative Assistant; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant; and Courtney Davis, Assistant County Attorney. Also present was 1 member of the public. A. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. B. MOTION by Mr. Shirley to adopt the minutes from the June 10 regular meeting, June 17 special meeting, June 20 special meeting, and June 23 special meeting, with the “Announcements” section of the June 10 minutes corrected to accurately reflect the meeting place for the June 20 meeting. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. C. Public comment was heard from Jacqueline Elsner. D. Interim Director Long and Ms. McGlaun gave the Director’s Report. E. Old Business Precinct change at request of community partner (15min - Staff, tabled from June) MOTION by Ms. Till to move, temporarily and only for the November election and the potential December runoff, due to an emergency situation of the current polling place at Timothy Road Baptist Church having become unavailable, the Precinct 7A polling place to the Athens-Clarke County Library, located at 2025 Baxter Street. Seconded Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously F. New Business G. Announcements July 15: Last day to vote in primary runoff election July 18, 2555 Lexington Road 3:00pm: Pre-certification meeting 5:30pm: Certification meeting for July 15 primary runoff election August 55, 4:30pm, 2555 Lexington Road: August regular meeting H. MOTION by Ms. Fambrough to adjourn. Seconded by Ms. Till. Approved unanimously. Adjourned at 5:07pm.
