( ADDA parking services contract was negotiated by Mayor Denson to put in 5% for building facade negotiate fro 5% for park revenue, used for downtown trees? Or ROW soil enhancement? How to ask?) If trees are part of our infrastructure how are we doing?. Developing metrics and language to create adjacent forest patching from private land to public land. To help maintain contiguous green space as we continue to grow.
