Call to Order by the Chairperson
Acceptance of the January 2024 Minutes
Discuss Bylaw Amendments
o Amend Article VIII, Section 1, Paragraph 6.
Currently reads: “There must be at least eight (8) of the fifteen (15)
members present at a meeting to constitute a quorum for conducting
business, including voting on any matters.”
Suggested new language: “A simple majority of the voting members of
the Board shall constitute a quorum for conducting business, including
voting on any matters.”

Public Comment on Old Business
Pursuant to the commission bylaws, a public comment list shall be provided prior
to this meeting. Those wishing to address the commission will be asked to provide
a first name and last name. RULES OF COMMISSION STATE THAT A
RESIDENT MAY SPEAK FOR UP TO THREE MINUTES WITH A 30 SECOND
REMINDER AT TWO AND A HALF MINUTES.
