Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting: Motion to approve minutes: Kelly Girtz Second: Dodd Ferelle Matthews-Morgan requested to update minutes to reflect the board’s votes on approval of agenda and approval of minutes, and to include the time of adjournment. Continued RLF discussion, including administration: Discussion of the draft RLF guidelines for emergency lending phase. Lynn shared examples and spreadsheet related to non-financial eligibility, and members discussed eligibility criteria, financial information to request from applicants to determine need without creating barriers, and how to target loans to best assist businesses. Discussion and identification of public benefit commitments to meet JDA’s governmental mission of promoting industry, agriculture, and trade.
