Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: Stephanie Lynn Second: Erica Cascio Directors unanimously approved motion D. Old Business (Directors) Continued discussion of JDA Turntable Revolving Loan Fund Guidelines. Discussed grid development for scoring system. Motion to approve Guidelines: Erica Cascio Secondary: Kelly Girtz Directors unanimously approved motion E. New Business (Directors) No new business was discussed F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) Ilka reports speaking with local banks (First American, Pinnacle Bank) about looking at our RFP. She received feedback that expressed willingness to review. Continued discussion of RFP by the directors. Ilka reports having an appointment with the president of ACE tomorrow. G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) Dan shared some perspective on SB 315 and its relation to the JDA. H.
