Discussed RLF Loan Applicant Scoring Matrix. David presented a possible change in Days of Cash Scoring component. Discussed clarification to Factor 5. Reviewed final corrections/modifications. Motion to approve RLF Scoring Matrix as modified: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Erika Cascio Directors unanimously approved motion as modified 2. Dan discussed the new Loan Application document.  Reviewed Loan Request Amount. Discussed the Social Security Number requirement. Reviewed all sections to ensure agreement amongst directors Edited to reflect changes to Scoring Matrix. Plan to vote on during next meeting 3. Reviewed RFQ. Dan reviewed RFP vs. RFQ. Discussed possible interested organizations. Plan to follow-up at the next meeting. E. New Business (Directors) No new business. F.
