Approval of Agenda Motion to approve: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Kelly Girtz Directors unanimously approved motion C. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Directors unanimously approved motion D. Old Business (Directors) 1) Modified Application Form a) Dan reviewed removal of Fed Tax ID#, SSN. Adjusted Loan Request Minimum/Maximum, Supporting Materials. b) Discussed period of time for RLF application review and expectations of completion of Supporting Materials by applicants. c) Discussed interaction between JDA and the administrator on selected applicants. d) Discussed the role of trade secrets in the process of applications. e) Reviewed necessary certification/signing applicants. 2) RFQ postponed to the next meeting due to time restrictions. E.
