Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Directors unanimously approved motion as modified D. Old Business (Directors) 1. Discussed businesses holding PPE as cash-on-hand 2. Discussed option of having First American as the JDA’s administrator. Motion to approve: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Erica Cascio The finances of the JDA will be deposited at First American until used, per discussion between these two bodies. Directors unanimously approved motion E. New Business (Directors) 1. Discussion on CARES grant. 2. Pointed discussion on grant vs loan application.  3. Reviewed potential timeline for future business of JDA. F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) 1. Updated about insurance options. Continued exploration of items. G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) 1. Dan will review contracts with ACCUG for CARES funds prior to next specially called session. H.
