Approval of Agenda Motion to approve: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Directors unanimously approved motion C. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Timothy Pierce-Tomlin Directors unanimously approved motion as modified D. Old Business (Directors) 1. Stephanie Lynn motioned to approve a grant program that uses occupation tax to calculate the amount of grant at a 15x multiplier, and to require the applicant to certify they had a business loss due to covid. Second: Timothy Pierce-Tomlin Directors unanimously approved 2. Discussed CARES Act FAQ and use of money for payroll expenses. 3. Gave an update on the service agreement with FA Bank. E. New Business (Directors) 1. Ilka discussed insurance coverage offered from Chastain & Associates. Motion to Approve insurance policy, with the condition of follow-up on possibly doubling the coverage amount: Stephanie Lynn Second: Timothy Pierce-Tomlin Motion approved unanimously F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) 1. Discussed draft approval/non approval letter wording. G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) 1. Dan provided perspective on the ECOA and the BSA. Assured directors that he would review applications to cover these Acts. H.
