Call to Order: David Matthews-Morgan, Chair, welcomed the members and called the special called meeting to order at 5:34pm. B. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Erica Cascio Directors unanimously approved motion C. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes: David Matthews-Morgan Second: Dodd Ferelle Directors unanimously approved motion as modified D. Old Business (Directors) 1. Discussion of criteria and eligible uses of the CARES funds. Correlation to COVID-19 is required, either physical or force majeure. Minimum legal requirements must be met to be eligible for CARES grant money. Agreement reached regarding requirements for CARES loan and grant. 2. Discussion of Public Officials Insurance. Waiting for policy binder & invoice. 3. Website and press release to go live Thursday, 9/3/20. Motion to launch website and release statement to the press. Will discuss further at next special called meeting. F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) 1. Set up JDA email for mass notification of loan/grant application results 2. Have Winterville OTC spreadsheet G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) 1. None H.
