Welcomed Ken Parris to the JDA 2. Stephanie Lynn brought up an needed update to the website 3. Stephanie Lynn gave the Treasures Report. i. Motion to approve Treasurer's Report: David Matthews-Morgan  Second: Erica Directors unanimously approved motion E. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) 1. Reported on SCORE’s interest in developing a community network using the JDA’s loans/grants recipients. F. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) 1. Dan McRae reported on current General Assembly activities that are relevant for the JDA’s work. G. Next Regular Called Meeting Motion to call regular called meeting on Wednesday, May 5th at 5:30-6:30: David Matthews- Morgan Second: Stephanie Lynn Vote in favor of calling regular called meeting on Wednesday, May 5th at 5:30: Directors unanimously approved motion H.
