New Business (Directors) Kelly Girtz gave an update on the American Rescue Plan, and how these funds will impact the JDA specifically. Stepahnie Lynn gave the treasurer's report on the current status of the JDA accounts. Discussed options for use of remaining funds so as to ensure maximal impact. Ilka will reach out to Dan McRae about the potential option of developing a line of credit. Ken Parris motions to prepare a special called meeting for reanimating the loan program on Wednesday the 12th at 5:30. F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) Ilka gave updates on administrative budget changes. Ilka gave updates on the Mastermind Roundtable discussions. G.
