Call to Order: Erica Cascio, Vice-Chair, welcomed the members and called the meeting to order. B. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve with: Stephanie Lynn Second: Dodd Ferelle Directors unanimously approved motion with amendments C. Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting Motion to approve minutes for the previous two sessions: Stephanie Lynn Second: Dodd Ferelle Directors unanimously approved motion as modified D. Old Business (Directors) No old business was discussed. E. New Business (Directors) 1. Discussed the next phase of Turntable Revolving Loan Fund. Kelly Girtz gave an update on the current situation of funds allocation from ACCUG. Discussed current developments around COVID-19 Delta Variant. Discussed choice to not open another round of loans at this time. 2. Treasurer's report. Stephanie answered questions related to previously sent report. F. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG)  Started reaching out to CPA firms for future auditing of books. G. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) Dan gave further perspective on the Open Meetings Act and its use by the JDA H.
