New Business (Directors) Sam Latimer of Rushton & Company presented the Final Report for JDA Annual Audit. Staff Report (Ilka McConnell, Economic Development Director, ACCUG) Gave an update on CARES Act Fund. F. Counsel Report (Dan McRae, Attorney) Counsel gave an update on IGA between Food Bank and Athens-Clarke County. G. Next Special/Regular Called Meeting Regular called meeting on May 4th at 5:30 H.
