Present: Mayor Girtz; Commissioners Davenport, Parker, Link, Denson, NeSmith, Edwards, Herod, and Thornton. Absent: Commissioners Wright and Hamby. The purpose of the meeting was to enter into executive session to discuss records subject to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a)(25). A motion was made by Commissioner Edwards, seconded by Commissioner Davenport, to enter into executive session to discuss records subject to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a)(25). The motion passed by unanimous vote.
