Seconded by: Mariah Parker_______________ Result: Unanimous approval________ Items Discussed: 1. Taylor Grady House Update _________________________________________________ The RFP has been posted and advertised. Staff are taking formal written questions from anyone interested in applying for the RFP through August 23. A mandatory site visit was held for those interested in submitting a proposal. The submittals will be due on September 13. The Mayor and Commission approved a third storage extension with the Junior League to allow the furniture to be stored in the building until either there is a recommendation by the Property Committee for a new tenant or November 18, whichever comes first. Facilities Management staff are making repairs to the facility to prepare it for a new tenant. Commissioner Wright requested a list of the people who attended the mandatory site visit.  The Committee discussed the Scoring Committee. The Scoring Committee should be comprised of the Property Committee members and Commissioner Wright recommended it also include a representative from Central Services. Angel Helmly and Beth Smith agreed to represent Central Services. Motion made by: Mariah Parker______ Form the Scoring Committee composed of the Commissioners sitting on the Property Committee as well as Angel Helmly and Beth Smith. Seconded by: Allison Wright_______________ Result: Unanimous approval________ 2. Costa Building ___________________________________________________________ Daniel Garren gave an update on the Costa Building progress and a brief overview of proposed evaluation criteria, proposed general requirements and proposed RFP questions. Commissioner Wright suggested and the Committee members agreed that they would like to get Costa updates as needed but focus on the Taylor Grady House. Josh Edwards will send the Costa update presentation to the Committee members.
