Seconded by: John Culpepper Result: Unanimous approval Items Discussed: 1. GASB 87 Discussion Sam Latimer of Rushton reviewed a presentation and answered questions regarding GASB 87. 2. Leasing Policy Discussion Gavin Hassemer reviewed the Leasing Policy and Community Benefits Agreement. 3. Facility Discussion Gavin Hassemer reviewed a list of facilities that ACCGov currently leases out. Discussion was also held regarding ACCGov space needs and existing facilities. 4. Taylor-Grady House Update Josh Edwards gave an overview of the process for the Taylor-Grady House RFP. Sherrie Hines explained that sealed bids are protected by the open records act. She stated that when discussing the detail of the bids, the Committee should go into Executive Session. Gavin Hassemer told the Committee members that they are to read the proposals, do preliminary scores and take notes. Committee members signed nondisclosure forms. Next steps Scoring committee members will take the next couple of weeks to review the proposals and a meeting will then be scheduled to discuss.
