Type II District 2 Planning Commission recommendation: Approve (unanimous) 8. Request of Bradley Martin, owner 1691 Milledge Ext. LLC, for rezoning from RM-1 to RM-2 on 0.38 acres known as 1691 Milledge Avenue Extension. Proposed use is multi-family residential. Type II District 10  Planning Commission recommendation: Approve (unanimous) 9. Request of Vincent Bricka/EnsembleD, owner 997 S. Milledge Ave. Acquisition LLC, for rezoning from C-O to RM-2 on 0.86 acres known as 997 South Milledge Avenue. Proposed use is multi-family residential. Type II District 10 Planning Commission recommendation: Approve (unanimous) 10. Request of Athens-Clarke County Unified Government for text amendment to Code of Ordinances section 9-15-21 to clarify regulations on halfway houses.
