Commission Identified Items of Interest:  Recommend updates to BAC procedures as recommended by Manager’s Office, Public Information Office and the Clerk of Commission (Mayor Girtz assigned to GOC on July 19, 2022) Items Assigned - Future Consideration:  Update Community Benefits Agreement portion of Leasing Policy (Mayor Girtz assigned to GOC on February 7, 2023)  Review recently approved Short Term Rental Ordinance for any revisions necessary to comply with Georgia State Code and associated case law (Mayor Girtz assigned to GOC on February 6, 2024)  Enhance renter protections and resources (Mayor Girtz assigned to GOC on April 18, 2023) o Possible Focus: International Property Code Outreach, Inspections, and Follow Up o Possible Focus: Tenant’s Rights Educational Efforts o Possible Focus: Overview of ACCGov Efforts on Fair Housing  Review and enhance ACC employee engagement/survey/support opportunities for our entire workforce (Mayor Girtz assigned to GOC on April 18, 2023) o Possible Focus: Review Core Values Team Recognition Initiatives o Possible Focus: Establish Guidelines for Employee Recognition Note: The GOC Meeting is open to the public.
