DRAFT MINUTES UNIFIED GOVERNMENT OF ATHENS-CLARKE COUNTY PENSION BOARD SPECIAL CALLED MEETING WEDNESDAY, January 15, 2020, 3:30 PM The Athens-Clarke County Pension Board held a special called meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in the Satula Avenue Government Building Training Room. The following were in attendance: ACCUG Pension Board Ordinance - Section 1-14-15 Members: 1. Mike Hamby, Commissioner and Pension Board Chair 2. David Boyd, Finance Director 3. Jeff Hale, Human Resources Director 4. Mike Hunsinger, Public Safety Employee Representative 5. Kevin Gentry, General Employee Representative 6. Bob Snipes, Retiree Representative Absent: Blaine Williams, Manager Ex Officio Members: Laura Welch, Secretary, Assistant HR Director Traci Mason, Benefits & Wellness Administrator Other ACCGov Professionals: Chris Caldwell, Assistant Finance Director Eric Griffin, Treasurer The meeting was called to order at 3:32 p.m. Representatives from Aon were present to assist the board in a discussion of the results of the Experience Study for Valuation as of July 1, 2018 GASB 68 Valuation for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019. Board members were allowed time to ask questions and discuss the assumptions associated with the study. No action was taken and no further business was discussed at this meeting.
