Call to Order as a Special Called Meeting: Caitlin Dye, Business Development and Incentives Coordinator, ACCGov Economic Development Department  Meeting began at 9:11am B. Approval of Agenda: Committee Members  Inaction due to no quorum C. Minutes to be approved at December Meeting D. New Business:  Presentation from Sterling Gardner, Boys and Girls Club i. Reopening neighborhood clubs ii. Youthforce teaches youth about workforce options; trying to fill in the gaps kids/youth have regarding workforce. iii. Looking for a Youthforce facility on the East Side.  Prioritize Key Needs Within the 4 Mayor & Commission-Defined TAD Goals: Public Infrastructure, Economic Development Opportunities, Affordable Housing, CCSD/Youth Development i.
