Grant Whitworth of Whitworth Land Corporation discussed the opportunities and challenges/concerns involved with (re)developing properties within the Lexington Road TAD district. The two major challenges/concerns were Zoning and the Airport Overlay. b. Ilka will invite the TAD attorney to speak to the committee E.
