Motion to approve: Michael Seibert Second: Vincent Jolly Unanimous vote to approve agenda E. Overview of TSPLOST Planned Projects on Atlanta Hwy. Derek Doster, TSPLOST Project Administrator 1. Derek shared with the group a list of projects that were put forward to the Mayor and Commission from the Atlanta Hwy. User Group. Their main priority projects center around bike/pedestrian paths. 2. No action has been taken pending conversation with GDOT regarding their renovation of the Atlanta Hwy. Corridor. F. Committee Questions and Discussion G. Nomination and Approval of Officers 1. Recommendation to have Michael Seibert as Chair, Jennifer Zwirn as Vice Chair and Vincent Jolly as Secretary i. Motion: Denise Ricks Second: Rick Dunn Unanimous vote to accept the recommendation of Officer Positions H. Next Steps 1. Tues, 3/22/22: ACCGov Planning Director Brad Griffin will share future land use map and zoning for Mall Area 2. Tues, 3/29/22: ACCGov Assistant Attorney Sherries Hines will offer Conflicts of Interest/Code of Ethics training 3. Tues, 4/05/22: Topic TBD by Committee I.
