Overview of Meeting: Brad Griffin ACCGOV Planning Director Discussed Inclusionary Zoning Policy/ Affordable Housing 1. Mayor and Commissioners approved Inclusionary Zoning 2. Discussed residential affordable percentages 3. Discussed residential dwelling density percentages 4. Discussed what if anything we as TAD Committee members can talk to the developers about. 5. TAD Committee members that was present at the meeting, agreed to this prioritization of the TAD Funds as it applies to the cost for redevelopment. 1. Infrastructure 2. Economy 3.
