Call to Order as a Regular Meeting: Daniel Epting 1. Meeting began at 3:15pm B. Approval of Agenda 1. Unable to due to no quorum C. Approval of Minutes 1. Unable to due to no quorum D. New Business: 1. Discussion of Public Utilities in Newton Bridge TAD Boundaries, Hugh Ogle, Assistant Director, ACCGov Public Utilities i. Most of Newton Bridge is served by gravity sewer. However, 1125 Newton Bridge couldn’t be served with gravity due to elevation. A pump station would need to be installed. PUD is currently looking into designs of pump stations. E. Committee Questions and Discussion F. Updates from Caitlin 1. Committee Member Terms i. Mayor and Commission approved amendment to TAD Advisory Committee ordinance that establishes staggered membership terms. 2. Master Plan i. Committee is interested in having a master plan conducted so that there will be some direction for the district, however, they would like to see the future land use map be completed first. G.
