a. Minutes. March 16, 2021.
b. Tax abatement. CNJ, Inc. Auburn Industrial Park.
c. Contracts and agreements.
(1) Alabama Department of Transportation. Traffic signal operation and
maintenance agreement. Traffic signal to be located at the intersection of
Alabama Highway 14 (Martin Luther King Drive) and the Richland Road
Connector.
(2) Hydro Engineering Solutions. Hamilton Road Improvements Project.
$45,360.
d. Board appointments. Historic Preservation Commission. Two (2) positions. Terms
begin April 21, 2021 and end April 20, 2024.
9. ORDINANCES.
a. Traffic control signs and devices. Unanimous consent necessary.
(1) Establish five (5) stop signs and one (1) 25 MPH sign in Bridgewater
Subdivision, Phase 1.
(2) Establish one (1) stop sign in Longleaf Crossing Phase 5B.
b. Consent to lease agreement between The Water Works Board of the City of
Auburn and Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. Granting a temporary construction laydown
and trailer lot next door to the Bailey – Alexander Complex. Unanimous consent
necessary.
10. RESOLUTIONS.
(1) Conditional use approval. Andrew Parmer on behalf of Mike and Frances Thrower.
Performance residential development (four lot townhome subdivision) in the
Redevelopment District (RDD) zoning district. Martin Avenue Townhomes.
Property located at 456 Martin Avenue. Planning Commission recommendations.
POSTPONED from March 16, 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING.
