9. ORDINANCES.
a. General Obligation Warrants. Authorize the issuance of the City’s General
Obligation Warrants, Series 2021‐A ($17,915,000), and Taxable General Obligation
Warrants, Series 2021‐B ($26,825,000), to finance the construction of public
school improvements and the call of certain outstanding obligations of the City for
redemption. Unanimous consent necessary.
