additional services. Auburn Soccer Complex Project. $49,500.
(4) AuburnBank. Electrical receptacles to be installed in tree wells along North
Gay Street and East Magnolia Avenue. $20,400.
c. Easements and rights‐of‐way.
(1) Clayton Properties Group, Inc. Accept various drainage and utility
easements and rights‐of‐way. Property located at the northern terminus
of James Burt Parkway. Woodward Oaks Subdivision,
Phase 4‐B.
(2) Loachapoka Water Authority. Grant a water line easement. Property
located on Wire Road from Cox Road to Talhiem Street.
9. ORDINANCES.
a. Amend city code. Chapter 12, Article XIII, Section 12‐277. Towing fees. Unanimous
consent necessary.
b. Traffic control signs and devices. Establish one (1) stop sign in Camden South,
Phase 1. Unanimous consent necessary.
c. Zoning. David Slocum on behalf of Curtis and Pauline Jolly. Rezone approximately
20.78 acres from Rural (R) to Development District Housing (DDH). Property
located at the terminus of Southview Drive. Planning Commission
recommendation. Public hearing required. SECOND READING.
