(3) Spectrum Enterprise. Execute a three (3) year contract to upgrade the
City's existing Spectrum Enterprise fiber internet service from 500Mbps to
1Gbps. $1,749 per month.
(4) TRP Parts of Auburn, LLC. Purchase an engine replacement for #1305, 2014
Kenworth T370 Chassis Ramer 3500. $21,764.13.
e. Easements. Edgar Hughston Builder, Inc. Accept public rights‐of‐way, sanitary
sewer, and various drainage and utility easements. Property located west of Lee‐
Scott Academy, at the current terminus of Academy Drive. Landing at Academy
Drive, Phase 1.

Consolidated Appropriations Act. Auburn Center for Developing
Industries (ACDI) expansion.

Highway 14 at Webster Road/ AL Highway 14 at Will Buechner Parkway)
Project. $599,900.
