Discuss pursuing an agreement with the Richmond County Attachments School System (RCSS) to enter a contractual obligation with a sole vendor to purchase gasoline and diesel fuel for ARC and RCSS vehicles. (Requested by Commissioner Lockett) 2. Report from the Administrator regarding the current status of Attachments boards and committees. 3. Motion to task the Administrator with scheduling a work Attachments session within the next 60 days regarding amendment of the Augusta, Georgia Charter, to invite necessary pertinent individuals to the work session to include, among others, members of the legislative delegation, elected officials referenced in the Consolidation Act; and to retain a third-party facilitator to assist in the management of such work session and, as necessary, any subsequent work sessions regarding the same or similar subject matter. 4. Discuss reorganization plan and establish a path forward.
