of American Law and Govemment, can be found on the website:
TencommandmentsGA.orq. You can also find on this site the GA law that
enables these documents to be placed in Courthouses and other public
buildings. There are 9 documents which include the following: Ten
Commandments, Magn a Carta, Mayfl ower Compact, Declaration of
Independence, Bill of Rights, Star Spangled Banner, National Motto, Lady
Liberty, Preamble to the GA Constifution. These documents can now be found
hanging on the walls in govemment buildings in 35 GA counties and also at our
State Capital building.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with a committee of Richmond county
commissioners at your earliest convenience regarding the placement of the
Documents.
