Motion to approve Housing and Community Development Department’s (HCD's) request to provide CDBG funding to reconstruct one (1) single family unit, identified as 1216 Branch Street. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Johnson. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom, Johnson Motion carries 4-0. Motion to reconsider the vote. Motion to approve Housing and Community Development Department’s (HCD's) request to provide funding to Sand Hills Urban Development in partnership to assist Vital Steps in becoming a developer for the Sand Hills Area and support the construction of two (2) single family units to be sold to low income homebuyers.
