Receive as information the emergency request for the replacement of a chilled water coil for AHU -1 at the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $40,717.78 by Trane US, Inc. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom Mr. Johnson out. Motion carries 3-0. 2. Motion to approve the minutes of the Administrative Services Committee held on October 31, 2023. Motion to approve. Motion made by Frantom, Seconded by Lewis. Voting Yea: Scott, Lewis, Frantom Mr. Johnson out. Motion carries 3-0. 3. Receive as information a presentation from the Greater Augusta Black Chamber of Commerce about the City of Augusta Business Equity Fund. It was the consensus of the committee that this item be received as information without objection. 4. Approve proposed priorities for FY25 Federal Congressionally Directed Spending.
